Donate to Alta Vista

Alta Vista Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable California corporation.

Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable. Donations are used for supporting preventive and major maintenance as well as for keeping rents substantially lower than market rate.

Alta Vista is fiscally sound and there are no deferred maintenance concerns because the property has been fully renovated recently.
